In other words, the architecture to identify the dynamical systems using the observed time series data set, and to acquire a self-organizing map based on the degree of similarity between systems is developed. This architecture can be applied to various fields like the orbit generation of robot arms and electroencephalogram analyses, etc. In this research, we tried to realize the self-organizing map of the dynamical systems using mnSOM. However we can not use the conventional mnSOM since its algorithm is not considered the problem of hidden variables which are necessary for identification of dynamical systems.
