Kouichi","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_30002_description9":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"アンラーニング（unlearning）とは、人工知能や機械学習に限定せず、(それまで学んだことを)忘れる、あるいは(習慣や考えなどを)捨て去る行為を指す。その目的は、新しい事柄の習得や、より良い方法を学ぶため、と積極的で、単なる再学習とは区別して用いられている[Cambridge22]。日本語では、学習棄却や学びほぐしとも訳されている[人事労務用語22]。\n機械学習の研究分野で、機械アンラーニング(Machine Unlearning)の概念を、明示的に導入したのは2015年IEEE Security & Privacy での Cao と Yao の論文である[Cao15]。この研究の目的は、システムに、記憶しているデータの一部を忘れさせた上で、次の学習訓練を行うことであり、その実現手段として、機械アンラーニングのアルゴリムを提案している。\n実社会においては、欧州が自身の域内の個人データ保護を規定する法として、2016年4月に制定したGDPR（General Data Protection Regulation, 一般データ保護規則）を公式に2018年5月から施行した[GDPR16]。その後、複数のネット系大企業が、数百億円規模の違反金を課せられるニュースが続く。さらには2022年11月、日本企業の欧州系列会社が取引先の情報漏洩で、数百万円の制裁金を課せられる事件も報道された。機械アンラーニングの研究論文数は、増え続ける一方であるが、その背景には、GDPRを意識した現場の実システムへの応用があり、多くの論文では、研究動機と応用にGDPRを明記している。
