The limitations in extracting the error function and dealing with signal noise at low-speed could appear the estimation errors in rotor position within the HFPI-S system. In this study, a new model for the proposed method, including the addition of dual modulation as error compensation in the process of extracting rotor position and enhancing the observer for conventional rotor position signals was focused. The results of this study showed that the extraction of the error function that is expanded could obtain more accurate results.
