| 内容記述 | There are many kinds of stakes and trade-off among customers, store managers and car parking managers who cooperate with operation of parking lots. This paper aims to evaluate the relationships among the stakeholders based on a questionnaire survey in the central area of Miyazaki City, where trial operation has been done.The analyses reveal as follows: I) Trade-off problem on cost payment between the store managers and the parking managers is severe. 2）There are some conflicting evaluations for the cost payment, but half of them consider the system reasonable. 3) It is not low possibility to develop the cooperative operation. And the results suggest local government should take an important role as one of stakeholders. | |||||||||||||
