| 内容記述 | The performance of the power semiconductors has been improved to realize the high current density operation. The higher current density tends to induce high temperature destruction during short circuit. Although instantaneous tempereture analysis is being crucial, most papers only analyzed the temperature by device simulation. In this paper, we try to develop the temperature measurement system with only single shot pulse to unveil the destruction mechanism by instantaneous high temperature. | |||||||||||
