However, the coventioal Hough transform is not necessarily good enough for images under heavy noise. This paper describes a combinatorial fuzzy Hough transform, which enables the detection of a blurred line and also its segment (the start and the end of a line) from very noisy image. It is then extended in order that it may further detect a noisy circle.
