| 内容記述 | The power supply on chip (power-SoC) which integrates power devices, control circuits and passive devices fabricated on the same chip or 3D-stacked chip are attractive because it can realize ultimate minimization of the power supply[1, 2]. In order to achieve the high efficiency power-SoC, the development of the high performance air-core coil is necessary. In this paper, the design methodology of air-core spiral coil is discussed. | |||||||||||
