Humanities","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_21_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、バルト海沿岸諸国の大学間ネットワークであるバルト海大学プログラム(BUP)の調査で得た知見から、日本の大学でのファカルティ・ディベロップメント(FD)の課題についての示唆を得た。日本のFDの課題の一つとして、教育方法に傾斜し、学生に何を教えるのか、という視点が希薄である点が挙げられる。BUPは、バルト海をプラットフォームとして、持続可能な開発の観点から、大学教員の学びに貢献していた。特に、持続可能な開発目標(SDGs)の実現という視点を明確に有し、そのために、既存の自分の価値観ややり方を変え、ひいては高等教育や社会を変えていこうという「変革」の観点が強調されていた。日本の大学のFDにおいても、教育知のどこを更新し、教員や大学、ひいては社会そのものの「変革」を目指すのか、視点を明確化することが重要という示唆が得られた。その他、eラーニングでの自主学習と対面でのワークショップをうまく組み合わせた設計である点、そして、地域間、国際間の大学の協働を実践している点が、示唆的であった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_21_description_5":{"attribute_name":"備考","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本論文は「九州地区国立大学教育系・文系研究論文集」Vol.6,
