Iron"}]},"item_21_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-08-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"8","bibliographicPageEnd":"637","bibliographicPageStart":"630","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"70","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"機械の研究"}]}]},"item_21_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"球状黒鉛鋳鉄の強度，靭性は，温度のみならずひずみ速度の影響も受けることを第3回で述べた．新材料や新用途の実用化に向けた中では，温度のみならずひずみ速度にも注目し，強度，靭性面での材料の適用限界を知ることが重要である．各種構造物の設計においては，構造用材料の安全性を保障するためのひずみ速度の上限値と温度の下限値が存在する．ここでは，溶接構造部材における例を表1.1に整理して示す.また，表1.1には，一般的な平滑材の引張試験ならびにVノッチシャルピー衝撃試験でのひずみ速度および比較検討した温度の条件も示している.表1.1において，引張試験やVノッチシャルピー衝撃試験などの一般的な試験法では，構造用材料の強度，靭性面の高速，低温側適用限界を適切に把握できないことが分かる．そこで，第3回では，応力集中の大きいVノッチシャルピー衝撃試験片に着目して様々な試験速度と温度での高速三点曲げ試験を行った結果について述べた．しかしながら，製品の設計，製造においては，三点曲げ試験の結果よりも，引張強さ，耐力や疲労限度などの引張特性に関連する値が必要とされる．ところで，引張特性に及ぼすひずみ速度と温度の影響に関する知見は少なく，特に球状黒鉛鋳鉄ではほとんど調査されていない． 一方で，欧州｜を中心として近年，高Si球状黒鉛鋳鉄の構造部材への適用検討が進められている．しかしながら，同材料は，常温から低温側において従来材よりもシャルピー吸収エネルギ値が低い． このことが懸念され，特に国内においては，産業への適用は未だに限定的である． したがって，高Si球状黒鉛鋳鉄の引張特性に及ぼすひずみ速度と温度の影響を示すことは，同材料の適用範囲を理解する上で重要な知見のひとつとなる．また，得られた知見は，一般的な球状黒鉛鋳鉄の実用上での評価においても有用と考える．そこで本稿では，高Si球状黒鉛鋳鉄において，平滑材を用いて様々な変位速度と温度での引張試験を行った結果について述べる．これとともに，切欠き材について同様の評価を行い，第3回における高速三点曲げ試験での検討に引き続き，切欠き強度に着目して，ひずみ速度ー温度依存性の観点から，高Si球状黒鉛鋳鉄の構造部材への適応性を考察する．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_21_description_60":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Journal
