| 内容記述 | In recent years, there has been a growing debate about the significance of school education for working life and social life after graduation, and its relevance. It is necessary to examine whether there are factors that enhance civic relevance in the educational practices of technical high schools, which are assumed to have a strong relationship with vocational relevance based on the educational contents, and if so, what they are. Therefore, this study hypothesizes and examines what kind of educational practices in technical high schools may enhance civic relevance through case studies of educational practices in technical high schools. Because of the characteristics of educational practices and learning activities in technical high schools, each activity is considered to have civic relevance by being given a social theme. In addition, high school students themselves formed subjective relevance, such as civic identity, and it was suggested that "under estimates" of ability by teachers may increase the civic relevance of educational practices. | |||||
