 note = {In this paper, we report an achievement of Human Resource Development Program for student of National Institute of Technology (KOSEN). This program is aimed to cultivate an ability of the aerospace engineering in non-space major students. The program consists of three parts of sub-programs: (1) KOSEN Space Academia which is a remote hands-on seminar using video conference system (2) KOSEN Space Camp which is a four-days camp-style workshop held in Niihama city, and (3) KOSEN-1 project which is an actual development of 2U size CubeSat.
