| 内容記述 | An analysis method of rating-scale questionnaire survey is proposed. By regarding the Likert scale questionnaire as a relational data consisting of the respondents and the questions, the Tensor SOM (TSOM) is applied to visualize both of them. Thus TSOM simultaneously organizes two maps, namely, the respondent map and the question map, which indicate the similarities between respondents and between questions respectively. Furthermore, by using the interactive visualization techniques of the TSOM, it is also possible to show the relation between respondents’ attribute and the questions. These results show that the proposal method would be a powerful tool for rating-scale questionnaire survey analysis. | |||||||||||||||||
