In the first report, a two-dimensional impeller installed in a parallel-walled vaneless diffuser was used. Here in the second report, fluid forces on a three-dimensional impeller in a vaned diffuser are investigated when it is forced to whirl on a circular orbit with a constant eccentricity. The experimental apparatus is improved to be able to synchronize the whirling phase with the rotating one.
