| 内容記述 | Land readjustment projects have many risks caused by many landowners and long project term. It is very important to evaluate and prevent the risks from the viewpoint of project management. This paper discusses the characteristics of the risks and the countermeasures for reducing the risks in the projects, executed by cooperative associations, based on the expert’s evaluation.The results show that the number of risk-management countermeasures with higher effectiveness and feasibility is more inside of Densely-Inhabited District than outside and the most of their countermeasures are concerned with consensus building among stakeholders. | |||||||||||||
