| 内容記述 | 市街化調整区域に立地した大型ショッピングセンター (SC) の周辺地区の2つの交差点において、開店前後の交通を調査・解析した。2つの交差点のうち1つの交差点におけるSC進行方向流入部で交通混雑が観測された。その主要な原因は、1) 右折車専用車線がないために右折滞留車が後続する直進車を閉塞する、2) 上流側の無信号交差点が流入車を断続するためと判断される。調査結果は、このように交差点が連続する周辺地区の交通影響評価においては、より詳細な交差点解析や交通流解析が必要なことを示唆している。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to assess the road traffic condition around newly developed large shopping center (SC) in urbanization control area, Miyazaki City. Traffic congestion occurs at the one of two investigated intersections. The main reasons are 1) the queue of right-turn vehicles obstructs a following straight lane, and 2) the crossing vehicles at the upstream intersection interrupt the traffic flow towards the SC. These show that more detailed traffic impact assessment is needed at the neighboring intersection. | |||||||||||||
