| 内容記述 | 宮崎市では平成17年7月～平成19年3月まで「駐車場共同利用システム」の社会実験が行われ、平成19年4月からは試行実験が継続されている。本研究は、社会実験から試行実験までのプロセスをプロジェクトマネジメント視点から整理・分析し、「駐車場共同利用システム」の事業化への課題を検討したものである。その結果、1) 社会実験期には第3者が関与した委員会等が主体となってシステムを総合監理する必要がある、2) 社会実験の立ち上げと実施監理にプロジェクトマネジメント技法が有効である、3) 社会実験実施と委員会での検討・改善のPCDAサイクルを確保することが “人” や “情報” の監理に効果があることを明らかにしている。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The social experiments of cooperative operation systems of parking lots have been performed in the central area of Miyazaki city. This paper aims to evaluate the social experiment processes and the role of the committee consisted with several stakeholders from the view point of project management skills. The results are shown as follows: 1) the committee has been playing a very important role of management, 2) project management skills are very effective for starting and developing the cooperative operation system, and 3) PCDA cycle is workable for managing and they solved some issues and problems information and human resource managements. |
