| 内容記述 | Series-connected Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) devices are used to meet the essential high-voltage requirements for power electronic converters. Nevertheless, series operation of these devices can easily result in an uneven distribution of voltage stress among the devices. This paper presents a gate delay control method to achieve uniform voltage distribution among devices connected in series. This active voltage balancing is based on peak detection of collector-emitter voltages to implement gate delay control. | |||||||||||
